This month’s Featured Mum, Saria Francis, is originally from Lebanon, a political sciences addict, and a digital creator. Couple of days ago, Saria celebrated her first child’s birthday Luca, she is overwhelmed by watching him growing up fast. She wishes her child the best life imaginable & have the best dreams that will wake him up with a smile on his face. Saria is a person who loves simplicity, and she finds happiness in the little things. 

1. Did you always love digital creation as a child? 

I was always social media driven. Back in the days, I used to be super active on social media platforms and blogs such as zorpia and hi5. I even met lots of friends who became pen pals and offline friends as well.

2. What has been your favorite bit of motherhood so far?

Seeing my child change and growing day by day. Being able to connect with him and getting to know my baby’s personality has been the best part so far. Super excited for the next stages of his life.

3. How has life changed since having a child?

I was always super outgoing and so is my son. I think motherhood made me slow down a bit, I am not as socially active as I used to be. However, I blame COVID-19 for this! I cannot wait to go on as many play dates as I can once we beat this virus.

4. What advice would you give to first-time mums?

Go with the flow, don’t over think, and enjoy your new life as a first-time mother. Last but not least, don’t change who you are while becoming a mom. Stay true to your soul.

5. How did you first hear about banking stem cells?

From friends! Everyone recommended to save my baby’s stem cells, I believe this is the best decision I made for my baby.
